Burgers’ Zoo and National Park

The surroundings of Hotel Groot Warnsborn Estate offer many possibilities. Just around the corner is the Royal Burgers’ Zoo. Burgers’ Zoo has a colourful history that shaped the park into what it is today. This wonderful zoo on the outskirts of Arnhem is definitely worth a visit.

National Park “The Hoge Veluwe” is certainly worth a visit. National Park “De Hoge Veluwe” consists of 5400 hectares of nature and is the largest actively managed natural area in the Netherlands, still in private hands. At the park you will find a great diversity of plants and animals. The park offers more than 40 km of cycle paths, an excellent opportunity to enjoy cycling.

The Dutch Open Air Museum is also located around the corner of the Estate. This museum is more than worth exploring and takes you into the history of the Netherlands. In addition, the Kröller Müller museum is nearby. This museum owns a world famous collection of mainly 19th and 20th century art. You can admire many works of Vincent van Gogh f.e..

Of course you can also just spend a day of shopping in Arnhem.

Really exited

Take the housekeeping, the reception, the staff, the kitchen and the couple de Vries. Everyone is very warm, competent and attuned. We had a party with 33 guests and everyone was very really exited!
